Brussels Sprouts Au Gratin

I walked into Kate’s kitchen and she pounced at me, “Guess what we’re making tonight?!  LOOK WHAT I FOUND ON THE INTERNET!” She shoved her phone in my face and I watched THE BEST VEGETABLE VIDEO OF ALL TIME:

 All bright-eyed and giddy, Kate exclaimed, “Look! I bought all of the ingredients and we are going to try it!”  This is one of our family’s faves. EVERYONE wanted more.  Since making it that first time, I have substituted numerous other vegetables and had equally pleasing results.

Who doesn’t like cheesy, gooey goodness?!  Try it for yourself and post pictures in the comments! We’d love to hear your substitutions.
